SEITAI · 整体
Seitai helps your body find its own way back.
Seitai is a Japanese hands-on therapy. There is no oil, and nothing is forced into place.
How it works
Seitai looks at the body as a whole. It brings the frame back into line, starting with the core: the pelvis and the spine.
It does this without adjusting the skeleton directly. The work is done on the soft tissue around the bones, which lets the structure correct itself.
- Stiffness and imbalance are picked up early, which helps prevent further injury.
- It is non-invasive. Hands only, no oil.
- It releases tension and improves blood flow, which helps injuries such as sprains recover faster.
Seitai
Works on soft tissue so the skeleton realigns naturally.
Not chiropractic
Seitai never involves direct adjustment of the skeleton.
